IMAWESA is designed to promote knowledge sharing with respect to agricultural water management (AWM) in the region. In this respect, the Stakeholders' Section has been dedicated to the stakeholders of IMAWESA, recognized as: "All people who advocate for agricultural water management, from farmers, their support agents, managers, implementers of programmes and projects, researchers, trainers, policy makers, politicians, the media and experts in relevant public and private institutions".
