REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: Consultancy Services for Strengthening ASARECA’s Thematic Area on Enabling Policy Environment for Functional Markets and Transformative Institutions

The Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in Eastern and Central Africa (ASARECA) is an inter-governmental sub-regional organization of the National Agricultural Research Institutions of fourteen countries namely: Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Madagascar, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. ASARECA is mandated to coordinate and convene human, physical, financial and institutional capital to implement Agricultural Research for Development (AR4D) initiatives in Eastern and Central Africa (ECA). In a bid to become the ECA sub region’s “Go to Service Provider of Choice for agricultural policy, institutions and markets”, ASARECA intends to strengthen its thematic area on enabling policy environment for functional markets and transformative institutions to create greater impacts at the last mile and improve ASARECA’s relevance and visibility at national and regional levels. ASARECA now invites eligible Individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing services to support the strengthening of ASARECA’s thematic area on enabling policy environment for functional markets and transformative institutions.
