ASARECA has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for implementing the CAADP-XP4 Programme and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the recruitment of a consultant to Support to Selected National Agricultural Research Institutes (NARIs) to develop Strategies: Specifically, the assignment involves developing Knowledge Management and Communication Strategies for National Agricultural Research Institute (NARI) Eritrea, and Institut de Recherche Agricole pour le Développement (IRAD), Cameroon. ASARECA now invites eligible Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services.
