Cameroon officially joined ASARECA in 2020 and was formally admitted to the Association by the General Assembly in 2023. Since 2020, ASARECA has been working with Institute of Agricultural Research for Development (IRAD) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to jointly address AR4D challenges. Between 2020 and 2023, ASARECA has invested US$ 660,000 to catalyze agricultural transformation in Cameroon through key beneficiary projects. Through these projects 271,951 million beneficiaries were reached, 529 stakeholders were trained, and 51 ha of land were brought under improved TIMPs
