Terms of Reference For Provision of Legal Services

ASARECA has received financing from its Core funding vote and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the Provision of Legal Services to ASARECA. The overall objective is to engage and retain the services of a reputable and competent legal firm as a legal advisor in matters arising out of or incidental to the business or in other dealings which the Client or its associated companies. ASARECA now invites eligible Legal Firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested firms should provide information showing that they have the required qualifications and experience to perform the services.
