Hon. Mithika Linturi is the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development in the Republic of Kenya. He is currently serving as the Chairman, ASARECA Council of Patron Ministers. As the Minister, his immediate mandate in to develop Agriculture and Livestock to ensure food and nutrition security for all and contribute to sustainable economic development of Kenya. Upon assumption of duty, he expressed his passion to ensure that he lifts up the livelihoods of subsistence farmers across the country.
