- Additional space and person can be acquired on payment of an additional fee of USD 300.
- Stand a chance to pitch your products and services to Ministers and other high level dignitaries.

- Access to the match-making workshops
- Access to plenary sessions

Local Exhibitor–USD 150 (per institution)
This package targets all Agricultural Research for Development partners in Uganda, who would like to showcase their unique selling points, products and services, and gain visibility from this high level event. The benefits are the same as those of the international partners listed above
General Participants– USD 200 (per individual)
This package is for participants who would like to attend the conference sessions. The benefits include:
- Attend any session of choice, except the closed session of Ministers and ASARECA closed General Assembly.
- Make a contribution to plenary discussion
- Entitled to all conference meals and amenities, except accommodation and transport.
