SCARDA in Institutional Capacity Development Initiatives in Rwanda and Burundi

The Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in Eastern and Central Africa (ASARECA) in partnership with the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM) and PICO team recently held learning and mentoring workshops at Institut des Sciences Agronomiques du Rwanda (ISAR) in Rwanda and Institut des Sciences Agronomiques du Burundi (ISABU) in Burundi.
