ToRs for Consultancy Services to upgrade ASARECA Knowledge & Information Hub (KI-Hub) to DSpace Ki-Hub

ASARECA has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for implementing the CAADP-XP4 Programme and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the recruitment of a consultant to upgrade the current ASARECA KI-Hub to a robust DSpace 8/9 KI-hub.  ASARECA now invites eligible Individual Consultants to  indicate their interest in providing this services. Interested consultants should provide information showing that they have the required qualifications and experience to perform the services.
